"Very disappointing boots" 2009-07-08

I have 2 other pairs of Crocs, my Mary Jane's are the best, comfiest shoes in the word and my Alice ones are pretty cool too. So I bought these thinking they would be perfect for a festival. I was looking for comfort and warmth whilst keeping out the wet and mud.
I ordered my usual Crocs size and am REALLY, very disappointed.
They have no room for movement of toes AT ALL. They are so very stiff and rigid that they kill your toes.
I wore them and within 20 yards of walking I was limping and hobbling, by 100 yards I was in agony. Ouch, Ouch, Ouch.
They have washed up in the washing machine just lovely and I shall be selling them ASAP.

I was looking for some boots during the winter for the dog walking (a new addition to the family). After searching on the web for some time I came across these beauties. I always read peoples reviews of products and go with the majority, and these were no exceptions. In the main I think these had a high good review ranking and I can see why. Not only are they virsitile, you can roll them down or wear them at half-mast or full length, the only slight downside is they are quick thick due to all the warm fluffy inners and under some jeans they make your calves look square and chunky, but if you are just out rambling in the wet mud, it's not really going to matter.
They are very comfy but you do need think(ish) socks on as I find they are slightly oversized, but I would say do get your own size, don't downsize or you may find they don't fit snug to your soles.
These were worth every penny, and I will be looking forward to wearing them again next winter - bring it on!

Bought these with optimism as a treat at the beginning of the winter season (at the full price may I add....)and they have been fantastic and well worth the money!
The brown pair do actually happen to go with almost anything and have been mistaken on a number of occasions for leather due to the texture and colour when worn under trousers or jeans.
I spend most of my working day on my feet and these are the first things that fly out from the wardrobe every morning. The insole definately makes a big difference in enhancing the comfort i.e. crocs that are better than crocs:-) BUT if worn all day expect your socks to be SO damp/wet, although wierdly enough you REALLY don't notice until they're off your feet.
I will be buying another pair at this price to stash for next winter!

I bought these at the start of the winter and they've been a God send! They keep your feet really dry and warm, without them getting too hot if you know what I mean.
The boots are "fur" lined down to the Croc portion and this folds down as far as you like to change the look of the boot. I tend to wear them folded right down and they look great. The Croc portion of the boot has a kind of microfibre lining.
I've worn them both jeans and waterproof trousers and they look good with both. I've traipsed around Euro Disney for four days with them too and didn't get one blister.
I am a 7.5 and bought the size 8 and it fits great.
If you like Crocs, you'll love these.
